I’ll be honest… I haven’t even watched most of last night’s episode yet. I’m working in LA and once I heard everything that happened, it sounded much less exciting. I feel bad for these West Coast people… We really ruin it on the East Coast!
Rather than recap the whole episode, my brief thoughts:
I’m glad Desiree picked Chris. Besides his absurdly frequent poetry readings, I was always a big fan.
Do I think she is over Brooks? Hell no. I get what she was saying about him… He was the chase, the one guy that didn’t love her back and as ladies, we always love that guy. But I still think that if he hadn’t left, she would not have ended up with Chris. Would that have been a good decision? Probably not, but I still think she would have chosen Brooks.
I still adore Drew, think he looked dashing at the After the Final Rose, and hope he finds me.
My biggest question is how the hell Chris has accepted watching the season back. I mean, watching the girl you’re engaged to cry hysterically over some dude, say he’s the one, and then days later end up with her. Chris has some serious confidence.
My thoughts on this stud muffin becoming the next Bachelor? I don’t know how it will turn out. Is he a smokeshow? Yes. Does every girl in America want to rip his clothes off? At least my friends do. I think he’ll make a good lead… He’s funny, really outgoing… We can only hope! Casting should be interesting though, because not only are you signing up to rub Juan Pablo’s abs, you have to want to be an immediate parent, which isn’t for everyone.
And another season down…
